Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on US orders of $150 or more. Certain large or oversized items may be excluded from free shipping; if that applies to your order we will contact you before it ships.

US orders under $150, and all orders to Canada, are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout, calculated by UPS from your address and the weight of your order.

Occasionally an oversized or overweight package needs an additional shipping charge. We will always contact you first.

How we ship

Orders within the US go by UPS Ground unless the product page says otherwise or you ask us for another service. If you give us a PO Box address, we are required to ship by insured US Post Office. Orders to Canada go by insured shipping.

When your order ships

Some products need extra time, and where they do, the product page says so. For example:

• AXIS items marked "Due to high demand on this item": allow 7 to 10 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
• AXIS closeout items: allow an additional 5 to 7 days.
• Ozone kites, wings and parawings are built for the customer who orders them: 3 to 8 weeks depending on the product, as stated on each page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Free local pickup in Sausalito

Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order free from our shop at 200 Gate Five Rd, Suite 101, Sausalito, CA 94965. We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, and closed at weekends. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours; we will email you when yours is ready. Please bring your confirmation email.

Sales tax

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
