AXIS Kite Foil Package Spitfire 780

The forgiving complete kite foil. The SPITFIRE is the easy-going end of the AXIS range: a wide speed range, a low stalling speed and plenty of warning before it lets go, which is what you want when you are learning to kite foil or riding chop and swell rather than chasing a number. Riders describe it as brilliant range and excellent in swell.

This is the build Spitfire kite riders actually use. Where the SURGE riders reach for a Surf Skinny, the Spitfire riders pair it with a PROGRESSIVE rear almost without exception, on the Ultrashort fuselage and a 90cm aluminium mast. The PROGRESSIVE 325 gives the most lift and the most forgiving feel; the SURF SKINNY 320/48 is looser and a little faster if you want to push it.

Upgrade to Power Carbon

Choose Upgrade to Power Carbon above and the package comes with an AXIS Power Carbon mast in place of the aluminium one, at 75 or 90cm. Power Carbon is AXIS's one-piece carbon mast, built for stiffness and a direct, connected feel between board and foil. It carries its own base plate and bolts straight to the fuselage, so the doodad and the aluminium base plate drop out of the package, and the price shown is the package with the carbon mast in their place.

Everything bolts together as supplied, and every part is a standard AXIS component, so the whole AXIS range of front wings, rear wings and fuselages stays open to you as you go on.
