Every part here was chosen from what kite foilers reported riding, not from what sells: the SURGE is the
most-named current front wing for kite foiling, the Ultrashort fuselage is the length most kite setups use,
and the 90cm mast is the length kite riders name more than any other. A taller mast gives you more room in
chop and more grip through a turn, which is exactly why kite foilers reach for it.
The SURGE 890 sits in the middle of the size range kite riders use. Go smaller for more speed and
more wind, larger for lighter days and earlier lift.
